Our passion for innovative solutions to multifamily building management was born out of our own experiences as longtime building owners who faced numerous challenges in operating older buildings safely and profitably. UrbanSky is a Chicago-based company that has been changing the face of building management since its founding in 2014. What sets us apart is our unique origin story: we began as a non-profit that provided affordable housing to under-resourced residents in Chicago.
