SMART Parking – Urban Sky

Here you can find the instructions for your WiFi service.

To set up WiFi, first turn off your cell phone data service (only during this one-time setup).
Connect to the WiFi network named “your building address” and enter the passphrase “urbansky”.
You will be redirected to the Urban Sky portal (https://portal.myurbansky.us). Log in using the email you provided to the landlord.
If you’re a first-time user, select “reset password”. If you don’t receive a password reset email, contact Tech support.
After logging in, click “take me to the internet” in the top left corner to access the internet.
For devices like SmartTVs, Roku, Firestick, Xbox, or PlayStation, enter their MAC addresses at the bottom of the Urban Sky portal page to enable password-free logins.
Remember to set your devices to auto-connect and save your email and password for future logins.
