This wiki is designed to provide you with step-by-step instructions for the various services available in the building. Please read through the following sections carefully to ensure you’re able to fully utilize and enjoy these services. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Select a service
- Wifi
- To set up WiFi, first turn off your cell phone data service (only during this one-time setup).
- Connect to the WiFi network named “your building address” and enter the passphrase “urbansky”.
- You will be redirected to the Urban Sky portal (https://portal.myurbansky.us). Log in using the email you provided to the landlord.
- If you’re a first-time user, select “reset password”. If you don’t receive a password reset email, contact Tech support.
- After logging in, click “take me to the internet” in the top left corner to access the internet.
- For devices like SmartTVs, Roku, Firestick, Xbox, or PlayStation, enter their MAC addresses at the bottom of the Urban Sky portal page to enable password-free logins.
- Remember to set your devices to auto-connect and save your email and password for future logins.
- Roku
Here you can find the instructions for your Roku service.
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Go to Settings > Network > Set up connection > Wireless.
- Select the wireless network for the building.
- Choose “I am at a hotel or college dorm” and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Intercoms
Here you can find the instructions for your Intercoms service.
- For audio intercoms, contact your manager to direct guest calls to your preferred number.

- For video intercoms, use the one-step login and download the Intercom Mobile App.

- Guests should dial the unit number followed by , e.g., 201.

- Residents can dial 99 to release the door.
- Telephone
Here you can find the instructions for your Telephone service.
- If the building is landline equipped, plug into the wall for a dial tone.

- If the building is Wi-Fi-phone equipped, a Wi-Fi video IP phone purchase is required. Contact Urban Sky.
- Internet
Here you can find the instructions for your Internet service.
- For Wi-Fi equipped buildings: Follow the steps mentioned in section 1 (WiFi).

- For landline equipped buildings: Plug in an Ethernet cable into the wall outlet and follow the steps mentioned in section 1 (WiFi).
- FOBS
Here you can find the instructions for your FOBS service.
- To enter the building, touch the FOB in the center of the FOB reader.

- To exit the building, motion detectors will release the doors as you approach.

- For Bluetooth mobile phone FOBS, ask management.
- Emergency Exit
Here you can find the instructions for your Emergency Exitservice.
- In some cases, use the Push-To-Exit button to exit the building.
- Surveillance
Here you can find the instructions for your Surveillance service.
- First Safe® User recognition technology provides instant camera and recording feeds via text and email.
- SMART Parking
Here you can find the instructions for your SMART Parking service.
- Gates automatically open/close using Bluetooth. Ask management for a Bluetooth mobile phone FOB.
- Laundry
Here you can find the instructions for your Laundry service.
- Free laundry cycles are credited to your FOB.

- To add money to your FOB, log in to the portal at https://portal.myurbansky.us and follow the instructions.
