Select a service

Here you can find the instructions for your WiFi service.
  • To set up WiFi, first turn off your cell phone data service (only during this one-time setup).

  • Connect to the WiFi network named “your building address” and enter the passphrase “urbansky”.

  • You will be redirected to the Urban Sky portal (https://portal.myurbansky.us). Log in using the email you provided to the landlord.

  • If you’re a first-time user, select “reset password”. If you don’t receive a password reset email, contact Tech support.

  • After logging in, click “take me to the internet” in the top left corner to access the internet.

  • For devices like SmartTVs, Roku, Firestick, Xbox, or PlayStation, enter their MAC addresses at the bottom of the Urban Sky portal page to enable password-free logins.

  • Remember to set your devices to auto-connect and save your email and password for future logins.
